Why this website exists

This site was lovingly created so friends and family can share memories from the wedding of our bride & groom. The goal is simple: make their day the best it can be. If you participate, thank you for helping us keep the vibe kind, inclusive, and celebratory. 💙

Your photos & how we use them

• When you upload, you confirm you have the right to share the photo and that everyone shown would be comfortable with it being posted at an event website.
• You grant the event admins a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, display, lightly edit (e.g., crop, watermark, color preset), and publish your photo on this site and event materials.
• If you change your mind: email the admins with the link or filename. We’ll review promptly and remove when reasonable.

This is a friendly explanation—not a contract. We’ll always try to handle requests with empathy and common sense.

Community guidelines (be awesome)

• Share real moments from the celebration—no spam, no unrelated images, and nothing that could hurt or embarrass anyone.
• No illegal, hateful, or explicit content. Please also avoid copyrighted material you don’t own.
• Respect the venue and all guests. If someone asks not to be posted, please honor it.

What we collect (light & event-only)

• Names/labels you provide (for POV), device limits, and your uploaded photos.
• Basic technical logs (e.g., time, IP, browser) to keep things secure and prevent abuse.

We don’t sell your data. Access is limited to event admins for moderation and technical support.

How we protect it

Storage is hosted on reputable infrastructure and guarded with sensible access controls (e.g., tokens, per-device limits, rate-limits, and moderation). While we work hard to keep the site safe, no internet system is perfect—please only share what you’re comfortable sharing publicly.

Availability & third-party services

The site may rely on third-party services for hosting, image optimization, or sign-in. Service interruptions can happen; we can’t guarantee the site will be up 100% of the time.

Security & responsibility

We try to deter abuse and may remove content or limit access to protect guests. However, we can’t control malicious actors. We aren’t responsible for damages caused by hacking, outages, or misuse outside our control. If you notice anything suspicious, please reach out immediately at our email.

If you want a photo removed

Email us with a link/screenshot and a brief note. We’ll respond as quickly as we can and will gladly consider removal when appropriate—especially to protect privacy or safety.

This is a personal, celebratory website. We follow applicable local laws and aim for respectful, common-sense moderation. Disagreements are rare—we believe good people can sort things out kindly.
